Hola, I’m Sam Carlson. Originally from the US, I spent most of my life in Charlotte, North Carolina. However, I made the decision to pack up my life, sell everything I owned, and relocate to the breathtaking landscapes of Colombia. The moment I first set foot in Medellín and experienced the vibrant culture, remarkable mountain scenery, and warm embrace of its people, I knew this was where I wanted to build my dream business, Colombia Moto Adventure Tours. From the bustling streets of Medellín to the serene beauty of the Andes mountains, our tours are designed to provide an unforgettable journey through this diverse and enchanting country. My name is Andre, and my story is rooted deep in the heart of Colombia. I was born in Planeta Rica, Cordoba, but my spirit was forged in the mountains of Urabá, Antioquia, our country’s vibrant banana-growing region. For all of my 25 years, two sounds have fueled my soul: the unmistakable roar of a two-stroke engine—a passion I’ve had since childhood—and the powerful beat of rap, the music I use to tell my story. As a professional barber, I build community one haircut at a time, but my greatest passion is sharing the authentic beauty of my homeland as a tour guide. I’m not just here to show you the sights; I’m here to help you experience the real Colombia in a unique way.
